Scope

  • Rebuild of the FAAC official website for Iranian market in Farsi

Goals

  • Provide FAAC Iran with a localized, professional web presence
  • Clone the core UI/UX of the UK and Italian branches for brand consistency
  • Establish a real-time service platform (Doorgans) for urgent support needs
  • Boost brand visibility on Instagram through video content tailored for Persian audiences
  • Maintain functional clarity across all customer touchpoints

Approach

The first phase focused on replicating the structure and design of FAAC’s international websites, while translating and culturally adapting content for Iranian users. Special attention was given to typography, iconography, and RTL layout.

Simultaneously, I developed Doorgans.com as a mobile-first microsite designed for instant communication, featuring a sticky call-now button, chat widget, and a minimalist layout for fast access in emergencies.

To support both platforms, I created a series of Instagram reportage-style videos showcasing real installations, service capabilities, and brand messaging. These videos were edited with motion graphics and branding overlays, optimized for story and post formats.
