Pardis Apartment Interior Architectural Visualization

Scope

  • Full interior modeling of a 280 m² modern apartment
  • Lighting, camera, and render setup for realistic presentation
  • Post-production and scene optimization for architectural review
  • Coordination with the Talasaze design team

Goals

  • Visualize the apartment’s layout and atmosphere before reconstruction
  • Translate Talasaze’s minimalist design vision into realistic renders
  • Emphasize volume, light flow, and material balance
  • Deliver visuals that help communicate both mood and structure

Approach

In collaboration with Haleh Rahmani, founder of Talasaze, I developed a full-scale 3D visualization of this residential unit without visiting the actual site. All architectural details, finishes, and furniture plans were provided remotely with precision.

The design emphasized natural light, minimal geometry, and warm material tones like wood, stone, and glass. I used V-Ray lighting setups and HDRI environments to simulate both daytime and ambient moods.

Each space was carefully composed to reflect Talasaze’s architectural priorities — clarity, function, and elegance.

Delivery

  • 6 final render views (living, dining, hallway, top view, perspective)
  • PSD files for marketing and presentation use
  • Archive of material and lighting settings
  • High-resolution images for print and digital distribution

Project Feedback

“We were extremely pleased with the final renders. Navid translated our design notes into visuals that truly reflect the Talasaze approach — functional, modern, and human-centered.”
