Full exterior and partial interior architectural renders

Goals

Provide complete 3D visualization of a residential duplex villa
Enable remote design verification without site visit
Achieve photo-realistic renders for architectural approval
Communicate structure, texture, and light interaction for client vision

Approach

Although I never physically visited the project location in Rudehen, my collaboration with architect Haleh Rahmani was highly effective thanks to her clear briefs, reference drawings, and material notes.
I developed the full 3D model from scratch using the provided floorplans and instructions.

Special focus was placed on:

Light behavior across façade surfaces
Material realism (stone, wood, glass)
Clean landscaping to enhance visual balance
Rendering multiple times of day for mood variation
The project was delivered within 35 days, covering modeling, test renders, revisions, and final outputs.

Layered PSD files for adjustments if needed
