Goals

Deliver compelling interior visuals for a 500 m² penthouse in Zaferanieh, Tehran
Present two contrasting design styles (modern vs. classic)
Assist the architect in client communication and decision-making

Approach

Modeled entire layout in 3ds Max based on provided architectural plans
Applied distinct material palettes and lighting setups for each zone
Used V-Ray for high-quality rendering and realistic ambience
Performed final color correction and detailing in Photoshop
Maintained clean file structure for handoff and future edits

Delivery

Full interior 3D models of both wings
Over 20 high-resolution renders
Multiple stylized views for presentation and marketing
Organized project files and assets for future use
