Tehran Civil Engineering Office Interior ArchViz Collaboration

Scope

  • Full interior 3D visualization (office environment)
  • Coordination with architectural layout and material finishes
  • Lighting design for render staging
  • Delivery of high-resolution visuals for client presentation and construction reference

Goals

  • Deliver accurate and visually clear renders for interior remodeling approval
  • Communicate material selections and spatial arrangement under tight deadline
  • Support the architect’s design with photo-realistic visual storytelling
  • Achieve realistic mood and usable light simulation for contractor use

Approach

This project was commissioned on a fast-track schedule, with less than a week from concept brief to final delivery. I worked closely with architect Haleh Rahmani to interpret her design specifications and translate them into detailed 3D renders.

The workflow focused on:

  • Matching real-world material textures (wood, metal, glass)
  • Setting up realistic lighting for daylight and ambient environments
  • Emphasizing usable space and surface relationships for engineering approval

Special care was given to camera angles, ceiling-light reflections, and contrast to ensure that the visuals conveyed both design intent and buildability.

Delivery

  • Full 3D model of the interior layout
  • Multiple rendered views (wide, close-up, perspective, and lighting-focused)
  • Adjusted output for client and construction team (print + digital)
  • Final files: JPEG (4K), PSD layered versions for further editing

Project Feedback

“This project was time-sensitive and needed sharp visuals to present the final design. Navid’s speed, lighting skills, and detail helped us secure approval and move straight to construction.”
